All about Constance (or Connie, as many know me)
I am a career administrative professional with a passion for training and mentoring administrative professionals and sharing knowledge to make the profession better.  My experience in a wide range of industries—tech, healthcare, financial services, insurance, non-profits, and academia—give me the ability to relate to a wide range of administrative professionals, their businesses and their learning needs.   

I have focused my  passion for training through my company, through which I offer customized training for individuals and groups.  In addition, I'm so excited about my current project writing a book for administrative professionals!  It's titled  "How to Train Your Executive: Creating a Powerhouse Partnership".  I want to help Shift Your Perspective to one of strategic partnership with your executive and team!

I hold an M.S. in Adult Education, the Certified Administrative Professional credential, and have held a Microsoft Office Master certification since 2009.  

ConstanceBoyer.com started its life as Boyer Training and Administration in 2003.

I'm addicted to coffee (drip, pour-over, french press, but not espresso), and take it "Black as midnight on a moonless night."

I'm a Midwesterner by birth, and a Seattleite by choice--no, the rain doesn't get to me!

I LOVE to learn new #Admintips from those whom I'm training.  In fact, I've never given a training where I've not learned something from a member of the class!
